What brands do you print on?

All DEFREZ t-shirts are printed on Alstyle Apparel and are 100% manufactured in the USA and printed in Los Angeles, CA.

How can I find out about new designs or restocks?

You can subscribe to the DEFREZ newsletter, follow us on Twitter, or keep tabs on our Facebook page. We aim to always keep the content fresh to def!

Do you accept designs from third parties?

We LOVE freshness and linking with new crew – so YES we do accept designs although we cannot promise that it will get produced or printed. All of our designs to date are DEFREZ originals designed and produced by FREZ!

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include tracking information so you know where your goodies are at any moment! :)

How long does it take for shirts to arrive?

We’re supposed to say “standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 5-10 business days,” although it’s usually closer to 3-5 days. I’m just sayin’.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $6 for all orders under $50, $8 for orders $50-$99 and $10 for everything above. We’re not in the shipping business so don’t worry – we’re not trying to make money off of you, that’s just what it generally costs us.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, although we hope to soon! Big ups to the world!

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from the DEFREZ Shop. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

Your freshness is our goal, although we do not accept returns – only exchanges. Please inspect your order upon receipt of delivery and if you are not completely satisfied with what you got you may exchange it within 15 days of receipt. To process an exchange, please email info[at]defrez[dot]com. You will be responsible for all shipping costs unless you received a damaged item from us or the item was shipped by us incorrectly. You will be notified via email once your exchange has been received and is being processed.

DEFREZ is not responsible for any exchanges that are lost in the mail while being returned to us. We advise you to insure the package being sent to us and get tracking information.
